Conference level permissions

Conference level permissions can be assigned to groups in the Groups section of the Conference Manager. If you didn't select any group for the managed conference (right select box is empty) the button Rights... is not displayed. After you assign one or more groups to the managed conference (right select box is non-empty) you can edit permissions by clicking the Rights button next to the right select box. The following conference level permissions are recognized in Forums 2.0:

Permission Members of the group:
Create new threads Can create new threads and post a first message in them.
Post replies Can post other than first message in the thread
Attach documents Can attach files when composing messages
Notification from marked threads Are automatically notified about each message posted to a thread they marked previously
Notification from participated threads Can request to be notified about each message posted to a thread in which they posted at least one message
Access all forums Are allowed to access every forum in the conference (if this option is not selected, users can access only forums for which they have access permissions)
Moderate all forums Can moderate all forums in the conference - edit, move, approve and delete postings and threads, and approve users requesting access to the conference (if this option is not selected, users can moderate only forums for which they have moderation permissions)
Search conference Can use conference search
Manage conference Can manage the conference - edit or delete the conference, forums, groups and users; create new conference, forum, group or user.
Members of this group will be automatically approved Will be automatically approved in the conferences with Required user approval

Access enabled Can acces the forum in the conference they registered or have been approved to if required
Access and moderation enabled Can access and moderate the forum in the conference they registered or have been aproved to if required
